has to offer and the worst. I have three beautiful children that have shown me the meaning of true happiness and why life is worth living. On the flip side, I have twice survived death. Almost dieing has helped me to respect the little things in life. I have been through a eight year marriage and could be happy without being married again. Friendship however is what I desire. At the age of 15 I lost my mother due to cancer of the brain and spine. I miss her and still cry over her death. I also got taken away from my father at age 17 because I had turned him into the police for what he and his girlfriend were doing in the house with my little brother and me in there. She had got him to make drugs with her. I love my dad even though I know he hates me.

When someone yells at me I either cry or yell back. most of the time I cry though. I hate being in fights but they happen. No one can really change that.

I'm a VERY submissive person in bed but outside of 'fun' time i'm dominative...sometimes. But inside the bedroom I would like to be handcuffed/tied to the bed and blindfolded. That's one of my biggest fantasies ^^

Retired early. Have resigned myself to enjoying the rest of my life. Have done a lot and still enjoy travelling...but LOVE my home. Have no trouble just 'hanging around'. I am a strong-willed person (I've always been a strong leader) but a bit shy with the ladies. Being truthful and trustworthy are paramount with me (honest to a fault). I am NEAT and VERY ORGANIZED. Tend to take a moderate to conservative view of most things. Can get very sensitive and sentimental at times...a touchy, feely kind of person (I guess I'm a Teddy Bear). I believe communication is priority ONE. Can be a good listener when I recognize the need. I like to make people laugh and have a good time. I think too many people take everything in their lives too seriously so i just try to have fun, but i can be serious when i need to. Photography is probably my biggest passion and stress relief and I always like to do new or random things. I enjoy being in the outdoors and fishing. I really like sports, especially golf. It's difficult to summarize myself, but I'll give it a try...

I'm an easy going, minimalist freethinker, who can be often distracted by the little things.

I'm not very well organized with those pesky daily choirs. However, I am capable and reliable enough to be the guy that gets things done.

I'm a man of perspective and comprehension. I get enjoyment from structuring out ideas and concepts.

Though I consider myself highly intuitive, I'm actually rationally based. I'm analytically minded; However, analyzing people is simply improper. I don't think people and their complexities are so easily categorized and/or labeled. Rationalizing a person's behavior is just too relative and circumstantial for any observers mind to truly understand. So, I rely on my intuition for all behavioral and relational matters.

I don't have regrets, or feel disappointed often. I'm quite an optimist realist by nature. Though, I am quite skeptical to certain mediums at times. For instance, All writing is Rhetoric. It's persuasive and argumentative. Also, the phrase 'Based on truth' or 'based on a true story' means it's more fictional than fiction, as true fiction doesn't claim to be true.

I'm also quite quirky..hey, nobody is perfect! For instance, when I am frustrated, I can be an angry prick. I've found that I get frustrated real quickly when I'm failing to accomplish a trivial task, like unscrewing a door hinge, because the screw was stripped! I'm not violently aggressive, mind you. I don't punch the door, even though I really really want to.. and it deserves it :P. It's just me venting, part of the process of me getting things done, I suppose...

Another quirk, I don't keep in touch very well. I love my family, and I'm a very family orientated guy, but I rarely ever call them.

I've realized that playing hard to get isn't a good strategy for me. Until recently, I rationalized it as a means of judging how much a person (in my case, the woman) desires you (me). I was partial wrong, it only means they desire something from you. The truth is most people are simply too dismissive and self-assured to engage in such mind games. Thats ironic, because playing hard to get is rooted in that perception: dismissive and self-assured. It appears that only people with unredeemable qualities, such as low self-esteem, will engage. Not all people that have low self-esteem are unattractive, superficially speaking. A good example, is single parents. Now, I wrote this thought out as though it was post gender, when in actuality, I suspect it's not. How about instead of these rationalizations and mind games, we just do this: I be man, you be woman, and we'll both be exceptional. :D
